What affects a removal plan?
Location and access can change how a car needs to be collected. Let us know about garages, underground parking, locked or seized wheels, steering issues, missing wheels, restricted access, major accident damage and missing parts. Cars with some parts missing may still be assessed, but bare car shells are not accepted.

Same-day pickup may be available depending on your suburb, the time of enquiry, the condition of the car, whether it can roll and steer, access to the pickup location and the current collection schedule. We confirm availability based on the actual car and collection situation.
Before pickup
Valid photo identification and the appropriate ownership information are required. Any finance owing must be cleared before Vivid can accept the car. Please tell us about gates, garages, underground parking or other access restrictions before collection.
